QUALITY – NOT JUST ANY LIGHT

When you choose a Nordic Lights product You are not choosing just any light. You are choosing a HEAVY DUTY lighting solution. All Nordic Lights models are exposed to extensive testing before approved. The lights are placed in high vibration on all three perpendicular axes for minimum three hours on EACH AXES. Then the lights are exposed to shocks up to 60 G, Electromagnetic compability tests, IP tests, Salt Spray tests over 240 HOURS, followed by dust & water sealing tests, Termal ice water shock tests and complete Thermal cycles at least 20 times per test with major temperature shifts.

Together with the Nordic Lights engineers expertise in optics, own light laboratory and patented dampening solutions You will have a light built to last. We offer LED, HID (Xenon) and Halogen solutions with extensive experience. Having production facilities and a number of light engineers in house offers vast possibilities and we can utilize the latest available technologies.

PRODUCT CUSTOMIZATION

Nordic Lights wants to offer the right solution for each customer. Tailor made products are therefore selfevident and a key strategy for the Company. Combinations of different light patterns, brackets, vibration dampeners and cable connections can be applied to optimize a light for different applications and a specific set of conditions.

We utilize Six Sigma methodologies and are certified according to the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. Soon also according to ISO/TS 16949. We emphasise target-oriented operations with a clear strategy.
