Calling all engineers


Project leader

As project leader you will be working with the development of world-leading LED work lights for heavy-duty vehicles. You will co-ordinate product development projects for NORDIC LIGHTS® product range and for OEM customers from business case approval to start of production. You handle project communication and collaboration with suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders. In your daily work you will manage project schedules, bill of materials, costs, test plans and ordering of prototypes, simulations and molds.

You will join a growing tech company and be part of a team of 15 product development experts. Our projects are mainly aimed at the export market for customers like CAT, Hitachi, Liebherr and Komatsu. The objective of the team is to develop modular, manufacturing-friendly products that meet the customer’s needs. So, if customer-focused product development is your thing, you might be the person we are looking for.
You are a tech savvy talent holding a Bachelor or Master of Science. You are used to working with electrical engineering and/or mechanical engineering. Knowledge and experience of project management is an advantage. Work experience in the field is also an advantage, but graduate engineers will of course be considered.
As a person you are committed, persistent, communicative, and you deliver results on time. You take independent initiative but listen to the customers’ needs, and you can quickly adapt to changes. You have good language skills in English, both spoken and written.

Automation Engineer

As automation engineer you will be working with the development of our in-house production technology. You will participate in development projects, and manage your own projects within robot investments, laser marking, production appliances etc. Your essential responsibilities are robot programming, design and maintenance of test equipment for work light solutions, and machine vision programming and development of new solutions. You are also responsible for calibration of the above-mentioned equipment.

You will join a growing tech company and be part of a team of manufacturing professionals.

A Bachelor’s or Masters’ degree in Engineering is nice but not a must. You have a minimum of two years of related experience including experience in developing production technology.

You have a great interest in technology, automation and robotics, and an innovative and analytical mindset. You communicate fluently in English, and in Swedish or Finnish.
