Motograder is another name for a motor grader, commonly shortened to grader. Nordic Lights uses graders in its application lists. A grader is a construction machine with a long adjustable blade used to shape and finish roadbeds, slopes, and other surfaces. The blade is positioned between the front and rear axles and can be raised, lowered, angled, tilted, and shifted to control the finished surface. Graders are used for road construction, maintenance, drainage, snow removal, and site preparation. Lighting should clearly reveal the blade ends, surface profile, front and rear travel paths, and machine sides.
